Behaviour Change Management

Human behaviour is largely framed by our internal sense of risk vs security. As the mind takes in its environment and experiences, it learns to favour behaviours that it sees as being safe and comfortable, and it resists taking on new habits that might threaten its status quo. Behaviour change coaching helps you identify the core underlying beliefs that frame our worldview and subconsicously influence our behaviour so that we can make more mindful and intentional choices about the things that matter to us.

Stress and Trauma Movement Integration

A somatic movement, generally speaking, is one which is performed consciously with the intention of focusing on the internal experience of the movement rather than the external appearance or result of the movement. Stress and trauma focused somatic movement integration provides a bridge between the body and mind, help the nervous system to undertake gentle integration of movement in such a way as to promote healing and recovery.

Safe and Sound Protocol

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is an auditory intervention (distinct from auditory integration therapy) that helps people that have troubles with feeling safe, and being connected, calm and social with others. This includes people with anxiety, trauma and neurodevelopmental conditions (such as ASD, ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety and Depression). SSP is based on polyvagal theory and was developed by Dr. Stephen Porges. It is offered only by SSP Certified and Licensed Practioners. Read more about SSP here.
