Class Descriptions

All our programs are 100% modifiable to all levels and abilities.

SYNERGY (MON-FRI 515pm)

Using light dumbbells and body weight, this high repetition focused 30 minute program targets muscular endurance, mobility, stability and cardio capacity. Partiipants are taken through a variety of total body movements. This program is designed to compliment Max 30, and can be safely performed up to five days a week. (30 Mins Class)


MAX 30 (MON-FRI 545pm)

Using moderate to heavy dumbbells and body weight, this mid-to-low repetition program targets maximal strength development and is designed to target specific muscle groups to full fatigue. The program is designed around a 3 day split (Day 1: Mon/Thurs, Day 2: Tues/Fri, Day 3: Wed) and is most effective when performed at least 2=3 times a week. (30 Mins Class)


MUDTHUGS OCR TRAINING (MON 615pm* On Location Only)

An obstacle course inspired functional training program designed to get your whole body moving through a variety of different challenges. Each class will feature an OUTDOOR portion, rain or shine, so come ready to sweat and occasionally even get wet! (60 Mins Class)


CARDIOLIT: B2B (TUES 615pm):

CardioLIT B2B (Box to the Beat) is a hybrid model of our CardioKB and CardioLIT programs. Empowering total boxing moves incorporated into easy to follow, choreographed dance fitness routines, this program is sure to be a knockout! (50 Mins Class)


SHORT CIRCUIT (WED 615PM* On Location Only)

A classic circuit inspired program that incorporates a wide variety of different portable equipment, allowing participants to explore every plane of motion and to maximize their total body workout. (50 Mins Class)


YOGA FOR EVERY BODY (WED 7PM)

Instructed by 500Hr Trauma Informed RYT Amanda Wyatt (Just Bee Yoga), this gentle and restorative practice is designed to be accessible to all bodies and levels of fitness and flexibility. A variety of tools are available to adapt movements to your abilities. (50 Mins Class)


OPEN BARRE (THUR 615pm)

Open Barre but with a twist- it's designed to be accessible to all body types, abilities and ranges of motion. Using a variety of adaptive and enhancing tools, this class will incorporate all the elements of classic Barre Fitness training but with an increased focus on developing stability and flexibility. (50 mins Class)
