Individual, partner and small group training with a Certified Personal Trainer that is fully customized and tailored to your needs and goals.
We offer a number of different group fitness class options ranging from strength training to cardio dance an kick boxing.
Whole Person Wellness
Our Trauma Informed Behaviour Change Specialists are qualified and experienced coaches who can help support unlearning old patterns and creating new ones.

Whole Person Wellness
Our Whole Person Wellness services recognize that health is a complex combination of biological, psychological, and social factors that interplay and impact each other. Our Whole Person Wellness services include evidence based tools provided by experienced and qualified professionals that are designed to address the psychosocial aspects of wellbeing from a trauma informed, body accepting perspective.

NAIT PFT, CSEP CPT
Toni (They/Them) graduated from the NAIT Personal Fitness program in 2017, and specializes in movement mechanics and corrective exercise. They also work extensively in diversity and inclusion, with a specific focus on the LGTBQ2SIA+ population and has been involved in several academic and community projects promoting Queer and Transgender Accessibiilty in the fitness industry.
Zita (She/Her) is a graduate of the University of Alberta (BA Political Science/Sociology 2008) and the NAIT Personal Fitness Program (2017). She specializes in the neurobehavioural aspects of fitness and health, with a special interest in Trauma, Pain Management and Motivational Sciences, and is a staunch advocate for inclusive and adaptive fitness for marginalized populations.
James (He/Him) joined the Action Potential Fitness team in 2020. A recent graduate of the NAIT Personal Fitness Trainer program, James quickly distinguished himself as a highly creative, intuitive, and skilled trainer. James specializes in general population health, with a particular interest in mental health and new exercisers. James is also passionate about food sciences and the importance of balanced nutrition in health and wellness.
