In keeping with all government restrictions, regulations and recommendations, we are excited to offer a physically distant training option using our personal training PODS. Classes are limited to eight participants, and each with their own equipment. Please read more about our COVID-19 Awareness Policies and Procedures here.
Small groups classes held in the PODS will be total body strength and cardio-focussed utilizing light to moderate weights and will have program designs that are modifiable for every body and everyone.
All classes must be pre-booked using our online booking system. No refunds will be offered for cancellations with less than 24-hours notice. Personal cancellations with more than 24-hours notice will receive a refund in the form of a credit.
Single, five class and 10 class passes expire after 90 days. 20 class passes expire after 120 days.
